2. What personal information we collect
We only collect what we need to respond to you and deliver our services. This may include:

- Site and job details — site address or suburb, service type, job description, site induction, safety documentation and permit requirements, and any notes you provide.
- Booking details — preferred date and time, booking type and deposit status.
- Payment information — deposits are processed by Stripe. We do not see or store your full card number; we receive confirmation of payment only.
- Marketing source data — the campaign or link that brought you to our site (UTM tags such as source, medium and campaign), and details you submit through our Meta (Facebook/Instagram) lead forms.
- Technical and usage data — IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed and interactions, collected through cookies and similar technologies (see section 5).
We do not knowingly collect sensitive information (such as health information). Please don’t include it in free-text fields. You can deal with us anonymously or under a pseudonym for general enquiries, but we will need your real contact details to quote, book or carry out work.

We will not sell your personal information.
5. Cookies, pixels & tracking technologies
Our website uses the following tools, which may set cookies or collect information about your visit:
- Meta Pixel (Meta Platforms) — measures visits and form submissions from our Facebook and Instagram advertising, and helps us show relevant ads.
- Google Analytics 4 (Google) — tells us how visitors use the site (pages viewed, time on site, approximate location and device type).
- LeadConnector / GoHighLevel tracking — links website visits and form submissions to your enquiry in our CRM so we know which page or campaign you came from.
- Google Maps Places — provides address suggestions when you type a site location in our booking form.
- Campaign tags — we store UTM campaign tags in your browser’s local storage for up to 30 days so we can attribute your enquiry to the right campaign.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, use private browsing, or install the Google Analytics opt-out add-on. You can manage ad preferences in your Meta ad settings. Blocking cookies may affect how some parts of the site work.
